At Narativ, we hold that there is a reciprocal relationship between listening and telling. How I listen to you will shape how you speak, and vice versa. So it’s imperative to examine what might get in the way of my ability to listen to someone else…and to myself. Once I’ve done that, I can endeavor to release that obstacle. This week I’ve been thinking about some wrist pain that I’ve been feeling. Does that sound familiar to anyone? What do you when your back hurts or you have a headache?
