What's happened to the watercooler conversation?

By formalizing what goes on informally with the use of storytelling as part of a virtual onboarding strategy, companies preserve the type of exchange that’s at the heart of casual knowledge sharing.

He proposes that storytelling, done virtually, can replace and preserve the value of watercooler conversations for a company’s culture.
