In this episode, Jerome and Julienne tell us more about the upcoming online leadership workshop. In this workshop, which will consist of three one-hour sessions over a period of three weeks, you will get to learn and uncover what your values are and how to tell a story to bring those values to life. Having this leadership story will enable you to go back to your core values in times of uncertainty and to tell stories that reflect those values so that others can understand how they themselves can act in the face of uncertainty.
As we’ve heard time and again in this podcast series, when you tell a story that comes from a value that genuinely drives you, then it will come across as authentic, and people will not think you are trying to sell something or convince them about something. Instead, they will feel touched or maybe even inspired.
