Justin has over 30 years of advertising and direct marketing experience of which the last 12 years were with one of the largest agencies where he headed Direct Marketing in India and led knowledge management in the Asia Pacific region for the group. He also had the additional responsibility of managing the training function.

The last few years have been a journey in evangelizing and teaching the art of storytelling for business communications, particularly for team building, making presentations, conducting meetings and storytelling for job interviews.

He is a qualified life coach from the Certified Coaches Alliance, Canada.

A side passion of his is photography and as freelancer he has shot food and interiors for luxury hotels, portraits for corporate websites and travel for magazines. He has conducted three solo exhibitions and his work can be seen at www.justinrabindra.com.

He has written a book of short crime stories titled ‘When you Love a Beautiful Woman.’
