“The other impact has been performing at a higher level. Instead of having to go in right away with no background about what to expect, people are far more prepared for that first meeting.”

Jane Nash is a Lead Trainer and Director of Narativ in the UK.  Along with Dan Milne, she brought the Narativ Personal Storytelling workshops to London in Autumn 2009. Over the last nine years they have worked with diverse organisations designing and delivering programmes on Leadership, Advocacy and Personal/Professional Development.  Jane also has many years’ experience working as a consultant in communication skills, with private clients and in the corporate and public sector offering one-to-one coaching, group facilitation and training around Personal Impact and Leadership Skills. Her clients have included ‘big four’ Professional Services firms, ‘Magic Circle’ Law firms, the NHS and the Department of Education.

Jane developed her expertise in the behaviours of personal impact and her love of story, working as an actor, writer and theatre maker over the last 35 years. She has appeared in film and on television, and in theatre spaces as diverse as Greenwich Park, St Pancras Station and the Olivier Theatre. For international theatre company Complicité, Jane directed ‘Like Mother, Like Daughter’, a piece showing real mothers and daughters in conversation, as part of Cork Midsummer Festival, Ireland 2017.  She has created many pieces of theatre drawing on elements of personal storytelling – such work includes ‘Big Space’, ‘Small Space’, and a piece about family currently being developed with her husband and daughter, entitled ‘All Those Things’.
