What's happened to the watercooler conversation?

Narativ’s CEO, Jerome Deroy, spent time around the watercooler at his first job years ago in Hong Kong. To this day he remembers the conversations that shaped his understanding of the company as well as the camaraderie that developed from these informal encounters.
Now, in the time of Covid-19, enormous changes have reshaped the corporate workplace. In this article, Jerome ponders what will happen to all that casual, in-person knowledge sharing?
